Stour-Power Highline

The 'Stour-Power' Highline project has been on my mind
 for over 2 years now,

 

'Stour Power'
10m+ High, 30m Long
 

I felt confident we could rig this demolished
 railway bridge in the Dorset countryside,

so with 2 months of preparation and a couple of
recon missions we were ready..

 

Unfortunately I didn't manage to get a send this time round
 but as its such a nice line I'm sure I will head back

 and try to at least get a half man on it..

WSFed World Cup

During July Gibbon Slacklines held an online competition

 for wildcard entries to take part in the

 WSFed World Cup in Bregenz, Austria..

 

 

Luckily my video was accepted and Maverick said they would
 front the money to send me over there to compete

 with the worlds top 8 trickliners..

Natural Games 2012

Around May Maverick were contacted by the guys at Slack.fr

about a competition in Millau, France..

 

 

Initially just 3 slackliners were invited but with a
cash injection from Maverickwe realised we would
 be able to stretch the budget to 8 of us..

 

It was an incredible adventure driving from Brighton
 all the way to the south of France,

we had car crashes, birthdays and road-side yoga sessions.

 

After 2 days of solid travelling we arrived to
beautiful weather and a vibrant festival,

the slackline competition was amazing with competitors
 from as far away as Japan..

 

 

I managed to win the Tricklining competition and secure myself some
WSFed world ranking points..
