For this event I travelled to Exeter University

to meet the Exeter Slackliners and to perform a demo..

Unfortunatly it rained for most of the day and during

one of the brief dry spells I stepped off the line and put my

foot between the crash mats and rolled my ankle, needless to say

I wont be slacklining for a few weeks until this monster heals up..

The last event of the year for me was a Slackline demo for

The 'Stour-Power' Highline project has been on my mind
for over 2 years now,

I felt confident we could rig this demolished
railway bridge in the Dorset countryside,

so with 2 months of preparation and a couple of
recon missions we were ready..

Unfortunately I didn't manage to get a send this time round
but as its such a nice line I'm sure I will head back

and try to at least get a half man on it..

During July Gibbon Slacklines held an online competition

for wildcard entries to take part in the

WSFed World Cup in Bregenz, Austria..

Luckily my video was accepted and Maverick said they would
front the money to send me over there to compete

with the worlds top 8 trickliners..
